At this moment we do not offer property management, we do however have plenty of contacts in the industry and can recommend a few local companies that do.

Yes. Lenders have minimum requirements to process loans, and each lender has different capabilities. The lenders we partner with have successfully closed and funded on credit scores in the 500's on certain loans.
